The front panel of a pagoda-style cabinet is slid up to show it empty, after which a production of silks or other objects is made that fill the cabinet. Hand-painted. German. Slightly different than the Wu Ling Pagoda of Thayer, but similar in shape/design. Includes spring flowers. Soiling spots throughout, small crack to wood, but good working condition.
