Shipping & Returns
We provide shipping via USPS or FedEx, with international and rush delivery available. All shipping and handling charges are additional.
Orders are processed on weekdays during business hours, and typically ship within two to three business days from the initial order date (and very often, much faster). Orders using USPS Express, FedEx Overnight, or FedEx Two Day Air must be placed before noon CST in order to ship the next day. Rush orders are only shipped and delivered on non-holiday weekdays within the contiguous United States.
Please note that in recent months, all USPS shipments have been significantly delayed, with some shipments taking six weeks or longer, without tracking updates. Given the highly publicized issues arising with USPS throughout 2020, it is our recommendation that buyers elect to send orders via FedEx. If buyers choose to use USPS for shipping, parcels will be sent uninsured and at the customer's own risk until further notice. Refunds for lost USPS shipment will not be issued.
International shipping from the US Postal Service does not offer signature confirmation for standard international shipping. Signature confirmation is available with FedEx.
Local pickup at our gallery is available for visitors, or customers in the Chicago area. If you select this option, we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing.
Flat or rolled oversize items (such as posters, large props, and stage illusions) incur additional shipping charges. For international shipments of oversize items, please note that you will be billed for shipping separately.
If items received are not found as described on our site, they are fully returnable within seven days of receipt. There are no exceptions. Refunds are limited to the original purchase price and exclude all shipping costs. Please contact us immediately to coordinate return shipping and refunds.
