On the Archbold Buckeye letterhead, this is a typed letter signed by W.O. Taylor, "The Parsee," to William Hilliar on his work at the Billboard. With notation (a dictated response perhaps?) in shorthand at the bottom. A few spots and smudges, mild toning. Good condition.
