Hilliar, The Master Magician ALS to Mora

Autograph letter signed by Wm. J. Hilliar addressed to "Mora [and] Co." On pink paper with the magician's red and blue illustrated letterhead. Small ink notation on reverse. Discusses a purchase and inquires about "an old style suspension." Some wear to edges with small chips, toning with mild soiling to edges. Good condition. William Hilliar was known as the ghost-writer for some of the most famous magicians of his day, as well as at one point performing as Thurston on stage while Thurston was ill.
