Typed letter signed by Carl Owen on Owen Brothers letterhead. Owen is considered one of the great magic builders and designers of his time, and despite working for Floyd Thayer and running Owen Magic for decades, we have seldom encountered his signature. The address on this letterhead is 334 S. San Pedro St., which was the location of the Thayer business for years; after Thayer retired, the Owen brothers operated their own shop from that location before moving to Alhambra. Mild toning and mailing folds, else in very good condition.
