Patterned green cloth with red cloth spine and gilt lettering, hand written title in black on spine. Endpapers with metallic floral design. Portait of the author tipped in reverse of title page, 37 pages with extra leaves for "memoranda." Binding generally worn around edges with a few other scuffs and marks, spine somewhat loose.
