White enameled Ultra Card Riser with an elastic wristband, also known as a wrist reel. Includes the original box and instructions. Some wear and soiling, else in good condition. Hallmarked. One of the less common reels manufactured by P&L. Typically used to cause a card to rise from a fanned pack held in the magician's hand, ala Cardini.
