You display a piece of rope and tell the audience that you are going to pass it through your body. Then you turn sideways and hold the rope against your body, pretending that it is going through it. The audience will realize that the rope is not really going through your body but is behind you. You repeat this a few times. Then all of a sudden you turn and face the audience showing them that the rope is going through the front of your body. You turn sideways and the rope is seen going through the front and out the back of your body. The rope is then pulled up and down your body. Then you slide the rope out through the side of your body.
