Al Koran's Magic Medallion Outdone!

You hand out a small black box to a spectator. You then ask two spectators to give you any three-digit number of their liking. Next, you ask another spectator to create a three-digit number from any of the digits in the numbers previously given. Spectator holding the box is asked to return it to you. It is shown to contain a metallic medallion with the signs of the Zodiac on it. You take the box, dump the medallion in your hand, displaying its reverse side and ask anyone to read the three numbers engraved on the back. They are precisely the three number sequence your audience members selected at random only moments before! And please note: the numbers chosen are random – no forces!
