Wooden duck picks chosen cards from a deck placed in a feed box in front of it on a small platform by grabbing them with its bill. Hallmarked. Shows some wear and a few paint chips, else in good condition. Rubber stamp hallmark of Warren Hamilton under the neck of the bird.
