A two and a half inch cube of wood with a two-toned inlaid wood design and a 3/4 inch hole through the center, along with a long gold rope with metal-capped ends. The magician threads the block on the rope once, and then again with a knot. A handkerchief is placed over the top and after a few pulls, the block falls off the rope. An attractive version of this apparatus. Mild wear, very good condition.
