Flipper Coin Routine

  • MA1739.jpg
$40.00

The magician offers to perform the “speed test.” He explains that by watching how fast the spectator’s hands and eyes move, he can tell how much faster the spectator must move. To that end, the magician pulls out a coin and demonstrates what the spectator must do. “I’m going to toss this coin into your hand,” says he, “and I want you to make a fist as fast as you can, the moment the coin touches your hand.” The magician then does just that. Seeing how fast the spectator snaps that coin into a fist, the magician now claiming to know just the right speed to move, pulls out two half dollars, freely displays them, and tosses them to the table. As they fall, one of the halves seems to morph in midair, instantly and visibly becoming the Chinese coin. The spectator opens his hand, revealing the vanished half-dollar. The magician asks, “Was that fast enough?” Includes the instructions. Very good condition.
