Simple spun brass canister can transform a quantity of confetti or bran into a number of candies, silks, flowers, or nearly anything else that will fill the canister. A Victorian-era prop, well made, with a spring loaded bottom and expertly turned gimmick that fits snugly inside the lid. Very good to near fine condition.
